Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll give you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Shipping
Mefold will not cover the shipping fees for the return items and reserves the right to replace defective or damaged items at its sole discretion.
For all other returns and exchanges for unused products, you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will refund you for the product returned.
Mefold will not be held responsible for items lost in transit to our return address.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you wish to replace a defective or damaged item, please send photos or a short video of the defect or damage to service@mefold.com. Please include your original order number in the subject line.
Late Returns & Exchanges
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Final Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded—sale items are not eligible for a refund. Please note that all Mefold accessories are final sale.
Gifts
If the item you are returning was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, we will issue a refund to the original card the order was placed with, or as a credit via Mefold gift card, to be used only on purchases through our website (https://mefold.com).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
